Mindful Relaxation is a non-profit organization. Our goal is to promote a meditation practice, helping people to become more mindful and relaxed in everyday life.
The program activities will help individuals and communities build a happy and peaceful environment.
We partner with local businesses for indoor venue events and coordinate with local towns for events in parks.
Operations have largely been run by volunteer staff.
We offer several donation based meditation sessions led by a Buddhist monk throughout the year.
