Our Work

Mindful Relaxation aims to bring peace to the communities using meditation. Meditation is a tool that we believe can develop and improve the quality of life physically and mentally. We offer several FREE and Donation based events throughout the year. Everyone is welcome to join our events and activities below;

Onsite-Meditation

We provide different classes and events for the locals at the Local Centers which we partner with. There are meditations led by Buddhist monks offered weekly. There are proper settings and environments perfectly for those who love to meditate.

Offsite Meditation

We bring opportunities to the community to get access to meditation easier by working with the locals and organizations to create meditation events both indoors and outdoors.

Full Moon Night Out

This is a very special event that might happen only once a year. We invite our Mindful Relaxation friends and guests to participate in this full moon event, the Full Moon Night Out, which takes place at one of our centers. The activities include meditation practice, lighting candles, and sharing loving-kindness.

Virtual Meditation

For some reason that people are too busy or not able to join our meditations in person, we offer a Virtual Meditation or iRelax program. The program allows anyone from anywhere to meditate with one of our teaching monks virtually.
